INTRODUCTION: Mary The First Surrogate Mother

“I see the things you have done through me as great things I have done…”
Laura Story (Singer/Composer) from her song, “Sufficient Grace.”

To say that Mary, the mother of Christ Jesus, is the First Surrogate Mother, may sound sacrilegious and blasphemous.

How could it be that whom they say is the mother of god, the immaculate conception, the perpetual virgin, the sinless, who gave birth to the Lord and Savior is a product of science supporting the Bible when science was not science yet?

Yes, how in the world when there was no such as surrogate or surrogacy yet then?

Is it hard to believe that our Eternal God, whose Infinite Intelligence, somehow, has made the laws of nature underlying our universe, is the Creator of the universe? Albert Einstein, himself, said that there are laws of the universe and there is a lawgiver!

The God, whose Infinite Diversity of ideas, has initiated the Big Bang some 13 billion years ago, and, who surely has supported all the other “multiverses” is the only True All-Perfect and All-Powerful God. He created the heavens and the earth!

As “Operational Science” uses observable, repeatable experiments to try to discover truth and,

“Origin Science” relies on relics from the past and historical records to try to discover the truth,”

… the Bible, which may not be tested in a laboratory is biblically testable, supported by relics and historical records on accounts of beginnings and miracles. The Bible may not be a Science book, but it is scientifically accurate. Each scientific evidence in this book about Mary as the first surrogate mother is very compatible with the Bible.

We will be firmer in knowing that Science is God’s creation. Even at a time when “investigators of nature were still called as “nature philosophers” and even while “the English word “scientist” was first coined only in the 19th century by William Whewell” (Wikipedia).

Although, “scientific method has been employed since the Middle Ages, History of Science as a journal that covers the history of science, medicine and technology was only established in 1962 and is published by Sage Publications with Lissa Roberts of University of Twente as editor-in-chief” (Wikipedia).

Even, if, it was only “in 1977 when Steptoe and Edwards successfully carried out a pioneering conception which resulted in the birth of the world’s first baby to be conceived by IVF, Louise Brown on July 25, 1978 in Oldham General Hospital, Greater Manchester, UK” (Wikipedia). (Details on IVF In vitro fertilization in chapters 3,4,5).

It is God’s science that explains everything from the what, why and how, simply because God is the Creator of all things seen and unseen.

As the song Grace by Laura Story is sang and sings: “my heart is so proud, my mind is so unfocused. “I see the things you have done through me as great things I have done…”

Sarah thought she was helping God to realize God’s promise, to make Abraham be the “Father of all Nations” when she gave Hagar to bed with Abraham. Without knowing, that was somewhat parallel, to the so called “traditional surrogacy” which will be detailed more further in the coming chapters of the book. Yet, it is not.

Ishmael, the son of Abraham to Hagar was not the Divine promised son. It was Isaac whom Sarah herself delivered when she was more than 70 years of age.

How many barren wombs does God need to open and how many miracles more for us to understand that Glory should only be to God and always be to God alone?

There was Rebecca, Leah, Rachel, Hazelelponi, the mother of Samson and there’s Hannah who too was more than 70 years old when she gave birth to the prophet Samuel. Don’t forget Elizabeth who probably was at age 80, old enough to be Mary’s mother, yet delivered John the Baptist six months before Mary gave birth to Jesus.

WAIT: That case of Mary as a virgin giving birth to Jesus is totally a different thing compared to a barren womb being opened by God to have a baby.

Why, Is there anything too hard for the LORD, the GOD of all science and mankind?

Okay, back to the topic, how in the world that Mary the mother of the Lord Jesus is the first surrogate mother?

The truth of the matter is that surrogacy (yet still an unknown word then) explains the virgin birth of Mary to Jesus. It defeats the mother of god belief and erases the theory of a religion that Mary was born sinless to justify the sinlessness of Christ Jesus, as if, human effort is needed, just like in the case of Sarah doing her thing (hoping) to realize God’s promise to Abraham.

Although, the prophesy that the Messiah, will come from the tribe of Judah (Genesis 49:10) is realized through the book of Matthew’s genealogy of the foster father Joseph, going to David’s youngest son, Solomon, this was given less weight, for the reason, that Joseph, son of Jacob, was only an adopted father of Jesus.

Be patient in reading as we come to know and understand why and how surrogacy explains the virgin birth.

More weight was seemingly given to Mary’s Davidic descendancy through her biblical father Heli, and Nathan, from the tribe of Levites, the other son of David.

This is for the wrong reason that they believe then that Jesus was the “biological” son of Mary for she gave birth of Him. Meanwhile, Merriam-Webster dictionary defines “biological” as “related by direct ‘genetic’ relationship rather than by adoption or marriage…”

God’s true and wise reason, however, is that because God Himself has cursed the legitimacy of royal rule from the royal bloodline of David, saying in Jeremiah 22:24-30 that “no man of his (refers to the first son of Judah’s king Jehoiakim, Jeconiah, whom God calls “Coniah”) descendants will prosper sitting on the throne of David or ruling again in Judah.” In contradiction to His own promise that the royal line of David would rule forever. How can the Messiah come from a bloodline which God has cursed?

Joseph, the husband of Mary is in the lineage of Coniah to Solomon to David. While, Mary’s, which goes to Mary’s genetic father, Heli, to Nathan to David, is not in the royal line of the tribe of Judah, but of the tribe of Levites, still in Davidic descendancy and this side of lineage is not under God’s curse of Coniah, yet from the house of David, holding still of God’s promise.

The virgin birth by Mary to Jesus (through divine surrogacy) is the answer.

Matthew’s genealogy starts with Abraham while that of Luke starts with Adam. Matthew presents Jesus as the King of Israel and therefore traces Jesus back to king David of Israel. Luke presents Jesus as the Son of Man and therefore goes back to Adam, the first man. John presents Jesus as the Son of God and gives His divine genealogy, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God…and the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us” (John 1:1-4, 14-18). Mark presents Jesus as the Servant and presents no genealogy of Servant Jesus.

The truth of the matter is that surrogacy (yet still an unknown word then) explains the virgin birth of Mary to Jesus. It defeats the mother of god illusion and erases the theory of a religion that Mary was born sinless and a perpetually virgin.

Mary as the first surrogate mother opens a lot of discoveries and understandings.

This book, as you read, will bring you to a vicarious tour inside the anatomy of the human body to the womb of a woman discovering how a baby is formed that starts after the union of sperm cell and egg cell.

How Mary after months of carrying the baby in her body and gave birth to the infant Jesus has no blood at all to the Divine Jesus? No DNA. No Chromosomes!

Looks like, it was all by God’s graciousness. Wow! Revelations after revelations will follow.
