Excuse me please… tabi tabi po… bari bari laki bai…

Merry Christmas! Really?

It’s not about Santa Claus coming to town. It’s not about red nose reindeer nor Christmas tree.
It’s about Christ Jesus being born to save us from our sins (Matthew 1:21).
And it is Christmas and not Xmas for Christ is the very reason for this season.

X is the unknown factor in algebra. Christ Jesus is not unknown. He is the Father God’s sent Son that whosoever believe will have eternal life after physical death (John 3:16).
The Christ Jesus who in the Beginning was the Word with God and was God who became flesh and dwelt amongst us (John 1:1-14).
Through Christ Jesus, all things were made, without Him nothing was made that has been made (John 1:3). For through Christ Jesus God created everything in heaven and on earth, the seen and the unseen things. God created the whole universe through Him and for Christ Jesus (Colossians 1:16).

In fact, we can do all things through Christ Jesus who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13). We can never come to God without Christ Jesus for He is the Only Way, the Truth and the Life (John 14:6). In Christ Jesus’ Name the devil trembles in fear (James 2:19).

IT DOESN’T MATTER if we celebrate the birth of Christ Jesus wrongly. WHAT MATTERS is that For God so love the world that He sent us His Son and became flesh. “God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory” (1 Timothy 3:16).

There’s a great Charlie Brown cartoon where Lucy comes up to Charlie Brown at Christmas time. And she says, ‘‘Merry Christmas, Charlie Brown. `This is the season of peace on earth and good will toward men. Therefore, I suggest we forget all our differences and love one another.’’
And Charlie Brown is pleasantly surprised at how kind Lucy is, and he says, ‘‘That’s wonderful, Lucy. I’m so glad you said that. But tell me, do we have to love each other only at this season of the year? Why can’t we love each other all year long?’’ And Lucy says, ‘‘What are you, a fanatic or something?’’

Ha ha ha! See you in the Spirit of Christmas that is Christ Jesus, the Beginning and the End. The Alpha and Omega!
